tiene cuatro válvulas En el curso del proceso de absorción
con presión variable, el aire comprimido fluye de arriba
hacia abajo. Comparado con los generadores de nitrógeno
tradicionales que adoptan 8 válvulas y el flujo de aire de
bidirecciónal de arriba hacia abajo y de abajo hacia
arriba, esta caracteristica de lla máquina aumenta la
eficacia evitando el molido del tamiz molecular y

The machine only have four technological valves altogether.
In the whole course of variable-pressure absorption,
compressed air just flow from the top to bottom. Compared
with the traditional nitrogen generators that adopt 8 valves
and bi-direction air flow from the top to bottom and from
the bottom to top, the machine can effectively avoid the
molecular sieve from smashing and guarantee to extend its
life.

Working Principle of PSA Nitrogen Generators |
|
 |
Nitrogen generators, with clean compressed air as the raw material,
works based on the technology of pressure swing absorption (PSA).
PSA system, made of double towers packed with carbon molecular
sieves (CMS), can separate nitrogen directly from the depressed air,
which is based on the fact that the different gases tend to have
different diffusion speed and be attracted to the CMS more or less
strongly. Because the diffusion speed of oxygen molecules through
micro pores of CMS is much faster than that of nitrogen molecules,
thus PSA system can allow to get a nitrogen-enriched gas. Under a
certain pressure, CMS has different absorption capacity to different
gas. By use of this characteristic, programmable controller can
control the absorption process through electromagnetic valve to
fulfil the nitrogen separation purpose to get desired-concentration
of nitrogen gas. PSA is a relatively mature and reliable approach
among the technologies for the separation of gas today. |
